Surveillance in the field of industrial property

We offer various types of patent surveillance that, in addition to verifying the novelty requirements of an invention, can monitor the state of the art in a specific sector and provide the client with information about the research and development activities of competitors, avoiding possible infringements and focusing the company's efforts on truly innovative initiatives.

We also perform trademark surveillance services, ranging from surveillance in Italy and/or abroad on the registers of trademarks of interest (monitoring potentially new filings of similar trademarks worldwide), to reports on the "status" of trademarks filed by third parties in the UK or abroad (including obtaining simple or certified copies of trademark certificates), to searches on the names of companies registered with the Chambers of Commerce.

We can also activate customs surveillance in accordance with EU Regulation No. 608/2013: this is a very useful tool to counter counterfeiting, allowing goods in violation to be stopped before they can enter UK or European Union territory.

We handle all types of deadline monitoring services, such as renewals, foreign examinations, annual patent payments, registration and/or publication fees, use declarations, etc.
