Design

Design protection can be granted to the appearance of a product (or a part of it), as determined by the features of its lines, contours, colours, shape, surface structure, and/or materials, as well as its ornamentation. We file Designs in Italy and abroad, both at the national level and at the supranational level (filing Community designs at the EUIPO; filing international designs with the WIPO).

Utility Model Patent

In addition to industrial inventions, it is possible to protect your innovation as a Utility Model if it provides a particular effectiveness or convenience of application and/or use to an object, machinery, or tool. We file utility models in Italy and in countries that offer such protection.
