Patent defence and legal consultancy
We are capable of handling all aspects of patent defence at all levels. We collaborate in patent defence cases and counterfeiting cases: professionals within our company are registered with the Office of Judges' Consultants at various Specialised Courts in intellectual property.
We also handle oppositions and appeals to trademark registrations, invalidity procedures before the Italian Patent and Trademark Office (UIBM) and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), and all other aspects of trademark defence at all levels.
We handle the drafting of contracts related to intellectual property, such as transfers, licences, technology transfers, and know-how, as well as consultations regarding Articles 81 and 82 of the Treaty establishing the European Community.
We also offer various intellectual property consulting activities, such as drafting cease and desist letters, consultations and evaluations of intangible assets (trademarks, patents), consultations regarding laws related to industrial property, consultations regarding direct and indirect taxes, registration, and international treaties to avoid double taxation; preparation of documentation in support of know-how transfer, innovation contributions, patent boxes, research and development tax credits.
